• We do not sell any software we sell license keys in that case everything we are doing is fully legal as we have not broken any (TOS) or laws as there is no laws against selling license keys but rather a software, the software in question is gifted to you/ a donation for buying our license key.

• All our software's are for PC only and not for console. If you purchase this and you’re on console you will not be refunded. Services are offered for console which you may purchase.

• Due to several issues with our payment accounts, we absolutely Ban Payment Refunds. If we discover that you asked for a refund, we will close your account and add your purchasing account to a blacklist. Prior to purchasing pricey keys, we advise purchasing the more affordable keys (1 Day) to try the mod. You purchase our products at your own risk and you held accountable for any purchase you make, including the associated product.

• We kindly emphasize the importance of adhering to the simple steps outlined in the provided instructions during the payment process on our website. Failure to follow these straightforward instructions may lead to loss of funds, for which we cannot assume responsibility. In essence, failure to comply with these instructions may result in forfeiture of both the product and the funds paid.

• For suspension problems, we guarantee that our serial keys are all undetected unless you abuse them, in which case you will undoubtedly be suspend. For more information, read the tutorials and guides or join our discord server and open a support ticket. We don't promise to fix or refund you if you experience any problems with our product. To ensure that our customers have a positive experience using our products, the Pixel Team makes every effort to help and serve them.

• Follow the NO SHARING OF KEYS regulation to the letter to avoid having your key banned.

• If you leave a bad feedback without a valid reason or without any support from us we will blacklist you from our store and revoke any purchases made.

• We will not be held responsible if your account is suspend. Although you use our services at your own risk, we take care to only offer the safest mod products that have been thoroughly reviewed before going on sale. Your account shouldn't be banned if all rules are followed. When a product/services has been purchased, we are not responsible for how it is used.

• NO ORDER DISPUTING IS ALLOWED, and if you need assistance, please create a ticket in our Discord server. Upon purchasing, all items are available in the email; however, some may require joining our Discord Server. Please consult with us before drawing any conclusions. Shop Blacklists are automatically created after Order Disputes.

• It is strictly prohibited to resell our keys and to advertise your own keys, store, products or server.
